Abra Software HR and Payroll Interfaces
Abra Suite Software provides
the flexibility to interface with a variety of popular timeclock/timekeeping
systems and accounting/general ledger systems. The interface allows
for a seamless transfer of timecard or general ledger data at
the end of the pay period from your timeclock/timekeeping system
into the Abra Suite Payroll System
and from the Abra Suite Payroll System into your accounting/gl
system.
Interfaces additionally allow a "download" or transfer
of employee information from Abra Suite HR or Payroll directly
into the timeclock/timekeeping system. This feature facilitates
the initial download of employee-related information and provides
a way to continually keep the two systems synchronized.
Eliminates Manual Data Entry
The payroll interface eliminates data entry of timeclock/timekeeping
data into payroll saving time and eliminating errors. It also
eliminates dual entry of employee information into the Abra Suite
HR and your timeclock/timekeeping system reducing errors and speeding
system implementation. The payroll to general ledger interface
eliminates the need to manually data entry your journal entries
into the accounting/gl system allowing more time to analyze the
data and provide accurate financials to management.
Custom Payroll Interfaces Available
Interfaces to various systems are developed and currently available.
Best Software has partnered with several Timeclock/Timekeeping
and Accounting Vendors in order to provide interfaces for our
customers. However, if your system(s) has the ability to create
a file or receive a file in an ASCII file format then a custom
interface can be designed upon request
