Setting Defaults and Linking Multiple Databases

This 2 hour* on-line course was designed for Abra Suite users who have a thorough knowledge of Abra databases and are proficient in developing single database reports using either the Report Expert or the Design tab. This course will build on those skills by showing how to establish application defaults and report options and enhance the learner’s ability to link multiple databases within Abra and select the appropriate link options.

Advanced Crystal 8.5 for HR
Running Totals and Parameter Fields in Crystal Reports
Overview
This 2 hour* on-line course was designed for Abra Suite users who are able to create grouped reports with formulas and multiple selection criteria, who are able to add and delete both database and special fields, and who are able to modify object attributes using the Format Editor. This course explains why, when and how to create both running total fields and parameter fields for use in custom reports.

HR professionals who need to develop more complex reports using running totals and parameter fields.

- Explain the concept and construct of running totals and how running totals differ from summaries and other totals.
- Create a grouped columnar report that contains running totals directly below the group header.

Registration for a Web-Based Training Class may be cancelled for a full refund, rescheduled for a future training class, or changed to substitute another attendee by calling us at (858) 679-8555 up to one business day prior to the start of the class. Customer Service will require a written confirmation for all cancellations and rescheduling. PACIFIC DATA Marketing will not accept cancellations or rescheduling received within this 48-hour timeframe.

This process will ensure a satisfying Web seminar experience. To avoid any disappointment, please do not wait until the date of your class. If you have registered and later find that your network or system is unable to utilize the technology we use to deliver our courseware materials, PACIFIC DATA Marketing will issue a full refund if cancelled within the 48-hour period upon your written request.
In the event of a PACIFIC DATA Marketing technology failure during the Web-Based Training Class, PACIFIC DATA Marketing may reschedule the class. In the event the class, at PACIFIC DATA Marketing sole discretion, cannot be rescheduled, a prorated refund based on the portion of the class that we not delivered will be issued to registered attendees upon written request. |
