Based System Navigator
The System Navigator
is the hub of the system from which all NOVAtime® 2000 software
applications operate. This alleviates comprehensive retraining due
to employee turnover in your payroll department. All routine (daily,
weekly and monthly) procedures are illustrated in a flow chart style,
so you don’t ever have to worry about forgetting these steps
and procedures. It turns a complex job into a few clicks of the
mouse.
Employee
Management
With NOVAtime®
2000, setting up employees couldn't be easier. In addition to the
regular information fields, there are many user definable fields
for any additional unique information you may wish to capture about
your employees. The dynamic search function on the employee information
is truly something to be experienced! Another feature customers
have asked for, integration with Microsoft Word. NOVAtime 2000 software
keeps track of employee attendance records that can be easily exported
to generate standard documents such as review letters, etc. It also
offers the complete system of employee photo capture to badge creation
with a few clicks of the mouse. By purchasing the optional NOVAPIC
module you can even create your own employee badges.
Timesheet
Management
This screen
enables you to review employees’ attendance information, sorted
just about any way your like. Actual work hours are compared with
the assigned schedule for each day, week, and pay period. Just to
make sure you won’t miss it, our various data comparisons
are illustrated in a 3-D graphic. To make your job easier, our Timesheet
Exception manger helps you to identify any user-definable exceptions,
such as missing punches and absence. You can even add reason codes
to each pair of punches, and enter multiple punches for an individual
or group. This means you don’t have to enter a week of vacation
1 day at a time. Above all, it has a powerful audit trail function
that keeps track of all your changes.

Generator
The Report Generator
provides a dynamic reporting environment with the flexibility to
handle the future needs of your growing company for years to come.
Some of the Report Generator features include:
- Flexible
Sorting Criteria - Our multiple
data fields and filters allow users to customize reports for their
specific sorting needs.
- Field Selector - Allows users to
identify what specific data fields are to be viewed.
- Save Report Feature - Allows users
to setup company-wide and personal report categories. On any existing
report, you can customize and save the settings such as sorting,
date range, group range, or filters, etc.
- Schedule
a Report to be Printed via Auto Task - ALL reports can
be scheduled to print at any time to your printers, And emailed
to any specific personnel. Report distribution is easily automated
via email, print, or file export (including ASCII, XLS, and PDF
formats).
